Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery of in-stock merchandise. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package. Please allow 14- 21 days for personalized items.
You pay only one shipping charge based on the value of your order and this charge will automatically be calculated for your order at Checkout
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the Billing Address you provide us, please enter the Delivery Address in the Ship To information page during Checkout
We do not charge customers extra for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground service within the contiguous United States. For Alaska and Hawaii we require additional charges for oversized and heavy items. Please E-mail for details
At the moment we are offering shipping in the United States only
We are located in Florida so all sales, including shipping charges, mailed within the State of Florida are charged 6% Sales Tax at checkout. Sales Tax is not charged for shipments to other States
Shipments are sent via UPS Ground or the United States Post Office based on your location and items purchased. UPS orders cannot be sent to Post Office Boxes

For each ID Tag there is a shipping/handling/processing fee of $5.00 that will show as a shipping charge at checkout. For the Fridge Magnet and Sticker, there is a shipping charge of $2.50

Returns – If your order arrived damaged, is defective or the incorrect item was sent, please call us at 888-738-7873 or E-mail us at with your questions as we are unable to accept returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days after the original invoice date of the order and unfortunately cannot be extended or re-issued
Please write your (RAN) on your original invoice that was included in your shipment. Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, or in a similar package, and include a copy of the invoice/packing slip and refund slip
If you do not have your invoice/packing slip and refund slip please include the following information: Your name, address, telephone number, the Return Authorization Number (very important), the product number, including item number, size, color and quantity

All returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date provided the item is new and unused condition and with a Return Authorization Number
Unfortunately, personalized items can not be accepted for a return or exchange so it is important to check all spelling of names before submitting your order
Please include the original packaging and receipt in order to receive a refund of the original purchase price, minus non-refundable shipping and handling costs. Orders cancelled or refused once processed for shipping (not personalized items that cannot be returned) or returned as undeliverable will be treated as a return
Exchanges – If you have ordered the incorrect size or color (and the item is not personalized) please place your corrected order online, telephone or E-mail us and follow the instructions above to return the items you do wish to exchange. We shall credit your card once we receive the returned items in new and unused condition

This is a Secure Web site. We store your Billing and Shipping information on our secure servers but your credit card information is not kept on our server once your order is authorized and shipped
We believe that your E-mail address is private information and we do not rent or sell your E-mail address to anyone or any company. We use your E-mail address to send you order related information, shipping confirmation as well as E-Newsletters and new product information. You may opt out at any time either by sending us an E-mail or using the links provided in the E-Newsletter
Colors of products can be very different on every monitor so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. While it is easy to describe a product with its size and usefulness color can be subjective
Washing/cleaning instructions for our products can vary for each product and it is always best to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Never use bleach on any product and if you do put them in a dryer only a very low heat should be used. Do not dry clean any product. If you plan to iron a product iron on the reverse side only with a very cool iron and please, never iron directly over the image or embroidery
We do hold inventory of every item we offer but there are times when one or two items become so successful that our stock is depleted in an instant. In this situation we shall notify you by E-mail or telephone you so you know immediately how long your order will take to complete. Bulk orders and special customized orders may take slightly longer but you will be notified of the estimated shipping time when you place your order
